These classes are held every Monday and Wednesday. You can join us twice a week for a monthly membership of $120.00.
Wake up in the morning and connect to the internal Self. Discover how our ability to tune inwards strengthens through regular practice of mind, body, spirit and Soul connection.
In these regular morning classes our focus is:
• Self meditation
• Intuitive and Divine Posturing
• Self Reiki.
• Energy body clearing, and. cleansing.
• Aura rejuvination, and protection.
• Journalling
These morning classes have been created to work on the Self. Therefore, although we will have the added benefit of being in a group energy, we will be spending this time on internal reflection and stillness. Our focus is on the inner world that is generally overshadowed in our daily lives by the chaos of the external world.

Mindfulness Self-Care Support Group: Building a Self-Care Plan
The Mindfulness Self Care Support Group is a facilitated support group, intended for conscious people with definite wellness goals such as (but not limited to: Weight loss, proper eating and living, and following mindful practices, etc.). The group will function as safe space for people to share and grow together, learn about different tools and techniques to meet their wellness goals in body, mind, and spirit.
The group is facilitated by Joey Bujold, Ayurveda wellness coach and therapist.
In this session, we will examine the advantages of having a self-care plan to provide us with a tool to make space for ourselves in our busy, fast-paced lives. As a group, we will help each participant brainstorm ideas towards meeting their personal health goals.

Once you have a clear understanding on the workings of your energy system and how chi flows within the body, you will begin to learn and practice the Qi Gong/Tai Chi exercise that corresponds to the energy system covered. Each week we will focus on a different energy system and review what we’ve learned the previous week.
The movements and exercises are gentle and easy to learn and are suitable for all levels of ability. The result will progress you towards self-healing with a continuing re-balancing of the body, mind and spirit. Each class ends with a sharing circle where Sifu Edward answers questions, clarifies or emphasizes important points to ensure that you will be able to continue to practice the exercises at home.

The group will function as safe space for people to share and grow together, learn about different tools and techniques to meet their wellness goals in body, mind, and spirit.

Once you have a clear understanding on the workings of your energy system and how chi flows within the body, you will begin to learn and practice the Qi Gong/Tai Chi exercise that corresponds to the energy system covered. Each week we will focus on a different energy system and review what we’ve learned the previous week. The movements and exercises are gentle and easy to learn and are suitable for all levels of ability. The result will progress you towards self-healing with a continuing re-balancing of the body, mind and spirit. Mindfulness Self-Care Support Group: Building a Self-Care Plan
The Mindfulness Self Care Support Group is a facilitated support group, intended for conscious people with definite wellness goals such as (but not limited to: Weight loss, proper eating and living, and following mindful practices, etc.). The group will function as safe space for people to share and grow together, learn about different tools and techniques to meet their wellness goals in body, mind, and spirit.
The group is facilitated by Joey Bujold, Ayurveda wellness coach and therapist.
In this session, we will examine the advantages of having a self-care plan to provide us with a tool to make space for ourselves in our busy, fast-paced lives. As a group, we will help each participant brainstorm ideas towards meeting their personal health goals.
