The most important relationship we have in our lives is the relationship we have with ourselves.
Self-love can be so many different things- how we treat ourselves, the way we speak to ourselves, whether or not we listen to ourselves and our inner whisperings, our balance of giving and receiving - to name a few. Self-love also carries with it many beliefs, judgements and perceptions. Being loving and kind towards ourselves is something that we often don’t even think about.
This class we help us explore how we view and define self-love; our possible resistance to self-love, how deserving and worthy we feel; our relationship with the energy of love; how open we are to receiving love and how it feels for us to be in the energy of love.
We will journey inwards to tap in and activate the love energy that already exists within you and always has. We will support each other in meditations, sharing, and activities to assist us in shifting our beliefs about love, giving ourselves love, being open to receive love and being worthy and deserving of love. This evening will create a safe space to feel and explore the energy of love.
This evening is open to women and men.
Alana’s journey has led her to connect with herself and learn the importance of her relationship with herself. She understands that Self-Love is a journey and practice that is constantly evolving and growing. She is committed to her journey and practice. She is looking forward to sharing what she has learned, practices she has used and currently uses; and sharing in the energy of this beautiful gathering.
