July 28, 2019 –
Join Facilitators Kale Black & Norbert Lakatos in the peaceful & zen environment of Luminous Energetic Pathways for an afternoon of quieting the mind, letting go of our thoughts and soaking into the peace and stillness of the present moment.
This workshop will feature a combination of KUNDALINI YOGA as well as a Soundbath & GUIDED MEDITATION.
Kundalini Yoga works by coordinating the entire body system through postures, breath work, body seals and locks, focus points and our voice to crystallize the connection we have with our soul.
Once our Kundalini Yoga Practice has cleansed our nervous systems & energy fields, we will then sink into a deep meditation & sound bath, facilitated by Kale Black.
Attendees in all phases of their meditation practice, from beginners who have never meditated before to those that are more familiar with quieting the mind are welcome!
Please come as you are (wearing comfortable clothes)... meditation cushions, tea, water & anything else you might need will be provided. We also try to reduce our impact on the earth so re-usable cups & mugs will be available (please no disposables or plastic water bottles).
Looking forward to seeing you there!
More information about your facilitator:
Kale Black began his personal meditation practice over 5 years ago, however it did not truly flourish until he began going to Group Meditation Circles at Luminous Energetic Pathways in the Fall of 2014.
Learning to quiet and still his often over-active mind through Breathe, Qi Gong, Meditation, Mindfulness & more has allowed Kale to maintain a more stable and consistent foundation of stability and self-mastery.
Kale is a practicing Energy Worker & Workshop Facilitator at Luminous Energetic Pathways with training as a Reiki Practitioner & an Aqualead Master.
My name is Norbert Lakatos and I was guided towards studying yoga for personal health reasons. The practice of yoga has helped me to release tension from my body, eased my mental state and opened up a renewed love for mySelf.
I began my spiritual journey in 2011. I had reached a state where I was so disconnected from my body that I didn’t realize I had developed scoliosis. I was unmotivated, apathetic and was becoming very depressed.
Finally, in 2012 without knowing where it would lead me, I made the decision to take a year-off from school and I enrolled in a Hatha Yoga teachers training program. The experience changed my life and was the catalyst I needed to encourage me along a bold new path. In 2013 I was drawn to Kundalini Yoga and completed my teachers training in 2015.
I am continually evolving as a student, a spiritual healer and a global citizen. My own healing journey inspires me to share these teachings with others.
