What it is mindfulness?
In this context mindfulness is defined as moment-by-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, characterized mainly by "acceptance" - attention to thoughts and feelings without judging whether they are right or wrong.
When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we're sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.
In this class Eleanor will focus on guiding you through the process of Mindfulness. She will show you simple ways to practice mindfulness daily and bring awareness to some of it’s benefits.
Eleanor is a practicing intuitive energy worker and Reiki Master. She exemplifies the energy of Love, compassion and Soul Purpose.
Eleanor’s focus is to help people find their soul path, and their connection to spirituality.
