The Mindfulness Self Care Support Group is a facilitated support group, intended for conscious people with definite wellness goals such as (but not limited to: Weight loss, proper eating and living, and following mindful practices, etc.). The group will function as safe space for people to share and grow together, learn about different tools and techniques to meet their wellness goals in body, mind, and spirit.
The group is facilitated by Joey Bujold, Ayurveda wellness coach and therapist.
In this session, we will examine the advantages of having a self-care plan to provide us with a tool to make space for ourselves in our busy, fast-paced lives. As a group, we will help each participant brainstorm ideas towards meeting their personal health goals.
