April 23, 2019 –
The Mindfulness Self Care Support Group is a facilitated support group, intended for conscious people with definite wellness goals such as (but not limited to: Weight loss, proper eating and living, and following mindful practices, etc.). The group will function as safe space for people to share and grow together, learn about different tools and techniques to meet their wellness goals in body, mind, and spirit.
The group is facilitated by Joey Bujold, Ayurveda wellness coach and therapist.
In our first session, we will examine one of the primary obstacles of meeting our health goals - lack of motivation and willpower. We will examine what willpower is, and how volition can be developed towards any singular goal.
