This monthly workshop is for you if you are interested in developing and enhancing more meaningful intimate relationships in your life. In these workshops, we will discuss and learn key elements on how to create successful relationships in your life. We will focus on key elements such as communication, listening and really hearing the other person, body language, intimacy, reading in between the lines, compromise,energy systems and so much more, Although it is a drop in class, you will be very beneficial for those to continue with us as you will continue to grow in your relationships as you are learning new tools in every class.

“Energy Restoration, Balance & Enhancement Practice” with Lisbeth Fregonese Tuesday @ 7pm-8:30pm ($20/class or $65/month)
Join Lisbeth as she explores the power of the breath and shares how to use it to create calm, power, energy boosts, balance and restoration. During these sessions we will have a guided meditation as well and use movement to trace our energy awareness and then clear what no longer serves us. At the end of the session we are in the present moment together experiencing full clarity, feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
